Delivery & Returns


All products are in stock at the point of purchase and orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 working days, although please allow extra time for the postal services dispatch time.

Due to Covid 19, some postal services are taking longer than their advertised shipping times, so we kindly ask that all our customers are mindful of this whilst waiting for their order, we are confident it will be worth the wait!


We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing your items remain unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own records as we cannot be held liable for any returns that do not reach us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm and advise whether your request has been approved for a refund.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund if it appears that your items have not been used correctly in line with the safety and care instructions of this website. Please be advised to read these upon purchasing to ensure the best possible home fragrance experience.

Once approved, a refund will then be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items:

Our returns and refund policies will only apply to regular priced items; therefore, sale items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged,  defective or an error has occurred on our part.


We will only be able to replace items if they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

Lost & Damaged Orders:

Although every effort is made to wrap your orders carefully and safely, occasionally items may become damaged or lost during transit, which is out of our control.

Should you receive a damaged item, we will require a photograph of this, and once approved, a replacement will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. Should the item be out of stock, a refund will be processed.
